Who I Work With
Many of the people I work with come to therapy when life feels difficult to manage in the way it once did—when anxiety feels constant, relationships feel strained, or internal pressure builds without clear resolution.
These experiences often show up in patterns that repeat across different areas of life, affecting how decisions are made, how relationships are experienced, and how emotional stress is handled over time.
In therapy, we slow these patterns down so they can be understood more clearly and worked with in a different way.
Approach To Therapy
My work is focused on understanding the patterns that shape emotional responses, relationships, and internal pressure over time.
Rather than focusing only on immediate relief, we look at how these patterns developed, why they continue, and what makes them difficult to shift. This allows for changes that are more sustained and internally grounded rather than short-term or reactive.
IVF & Fertility-Related Therapy
Fertility challenges often bring a level of emotional strain that is difficult to carry in isolation. The cycle of hope, waiting, uncertainty, and loss can create exhaustion that builds quietly over time.
Many individuals and couples describe feeling emotionally depleted, disconnected from others, or overwhelmed by the ongoing unpredictability of the process.
In this work, we focus on making space for what this experience brings up emotionally, including the impact on identity, relationships, and daily functioning, so it does not have to be carried alone.
Teen Therapy
Adolescence can bring significant emotional pressure, especially when anxiety, mood shifts, or social stress begin to interfere with daily life.
For many teens, this appears as withdrawal, emotional overwhelm, difficulty with school demands, or tension at home. For parents, it often feels like something has changed but is hard to understand or reach.
Therapy supports adolescents in building awareness of what they are experiencing internally and developing more effective ways of managing emotional intensity over time.
Twin Therapy
Twin relationships can involve a unique emotional closeness alongside ongoing challenges around identity, comparison, boundaries, and separation.
These dynamics can shape how individuals understand themselves and how they relate to others, sometimes in ways that are difficult to identify clearly but deeply felt in daily life.
In therapy, we focus on understanding these patterns more clearly so they feel easier to navigate and less internally confusing.
Additional Areas of Focus
Alongside my specialty areas, I also work with individuals and couples navigating:
Anxiety and chronic stress
Relationship difficulties and communication challenges
Emotional overwhelm
Life transitions
Identity shifts
These concerns often overlap with the deeper patterns explored in therapy and are addressed within the context of your overall experience, rather than as isolated symptoms.
Background & Experience
I hold a degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have been in practice since 2017.
My clinical experience includes work across structured training environments and private practice, where I’ve had the opportunity to support clients across different stages of life and varying levels of complexity.
Over time, this work has informed a consistent, relational approach to therapy that prioritizes depth, steadiness, and attention to the underlying patterns that shape how people navigate their lives and relationships.
